Dear Friends & Colleagues,

Welcome to the new Consumer Dynamics website! We hope you’ll take a few minutes out of your busy day to explore the site and see what we’re about.

Over the past year, we’ve grown in new and exciting directions to better meet your needs. We’ve added new people with diverse industry backgrounds, new consulting offerings including Package Design and Training Workshops, and new creative insight gathering techniques. We’re also very aware of ongoing budget constraints (e.g. the “new normal”) and have designed our approaches and tools to help us get to big ideas in more efficient ways.

Which brings us to what we’re all about – developing big ideas from the insight out. Here’s a few recent examples you may know:

  • Gillette Venus and Fusion razors, which are global successes
  • Shopzilla shopping sites, segmented and evolved to attract a broader range of online shoppers
  • Arnold/Oroweat Sandwich Thins, the #3 biggest food and beverage introduction of 2009
  • Quintiles enterprise positioning, helping the leading pharmaceutical services company establish brand leadership and position itself for the “New Health”

Moving forward, we will be using “The Insighter” to provide our perspective on what’s going on in the world around us – consumer trends, marketing trends, new insights and learning. We’ll try to make these posts thought-provoking and valuable, with real world implications you can use. And we’ll update them monthly to stay current, so please keep checking back.
